Terms & Conditions

Here are the subsequent terms of a legal agreement between you and Wareworks Apps. Here, we clearly define the aspects of our relationship with you.

  • All site content (text and multimedia) are going to be the only responsibility of the client to produce to Wareworks Apps. Such should be provided before commencing the work.
  • The client is solely responsible to require a correct back-up of all content on their site before letting Wareworks Apps undertake the desired course of action towards meeting the contract. Any loss or damage to existing data shall not be a responsibility of Wareworks Apps under any circumstances.
  • The Contract doesn’t hold Wareworks Apps answerable for any data entry, web hosting or custom artwork/graphics related work/tasks unless otherwise specifically mentioned, acquired and agreed to by both the parties towards such. Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Wareworks Apps on behalf of the client, will remain the property of Wareworks Apps and/or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed.
  • While Wareworks Apps will do its best to attain all deliveries within the estimated time, there may, at times, be the necessity to increase or adjust time in cases of any unavoidable and non-forecasted situations like those of deployment issues, dependencies, 3rd-Party support, development bottlenecks, resource unavailability thanks to emergency, communication delays and also the like.
  • Wareworks Apps will provide the Client a chance to review the looks and content of the web site during the planning and once they’re completed. Wareworks Apps shall sit up for a period of seven days to listen to any feedback on such shared work/outputs from the client. within the event of client not reply within this era, such material are going to be deemed to own been automatically accepted and approved by the Client.
  • The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client and grant Wareworks Apps the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a 3rd party. The Client is further answerable for granting Wareworks Apps permission and rights to be used of the identical and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wareworks Apps from any and every one claims resulting from the Client’s negligence or inability to get proper copyright permissions. A contract for electronic computer design and/or placement shall be thought to be a guarantee by the Client to Wareworks Apps that every one such permissions and authorities are obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities could also be requested.
  • Wareworks Apps won’t accept responsibility for any alterations caused by the Client or a 3rd party occurring to the Client’s pages/website once installed/deployed. Such alterations include, but aren’t limited to additions, modifications, or deletions. Wareworks Apps may require a one-off Web Development charge before resolving any issues that will arise.
  • A cancellation fee could also be charged if the Customer cancels the Service before completion. The fee are going to be adequate to the quantity of labor completed at the purpose of cancellation.
  • A non-payment of cancellation fee and/or overdue amount will lead to the action at law upon necessity.

Support and 3rd-Party

As the site launches, we provide free support for the primary month. After one month of free service, we charge in line with our various price packages best-suited to client’s requirement. We also provide attractive discounts if the client chooses a better price package. The scope of support only includes any bug fixing and email support and excludes any issues associated with the location architecture, rule changes, and add-ons/enhancements.

Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
No guarantees or warranties shall be provided by Wareworks Apps for the accuracy or performance of such 3rd-Party product/service.
Any upgrade within the 3rd-Party product/service getting used within the project shall not be a part of scope at Wareworks Apps. Such shall be addressed per feasibility and revision of price and time could also be entailed by Wareworks Apps.

Re-work, Enhancements/Add-ons and Billing

Any additional features not envisaged within the scope of labor would be entertained through a Change Management process and be additionally billed. Scope Creeps after wireframe exit would be billed as additional and timelines and price for delivery would increase.
Whilst we try our greatest to hide most changes within the budget of the location, some changes are classified as enhancements/add-ons to the system and become chargeable; we are going to advise you before we start work of any such items.
Any re-work, change, or tweak request by the client post-approval and/or further to the next stage of the project process may well be treated as add-on work and be additionally billed.

Limitations of Liability

Wareworks Apps will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Service. However, we make no representation and exclude any warranty, express or implied, on the supply, quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness of the Service.
Wareworks Apps hereby excludes itself, its Employees, and/or Agents from: all and any liability for loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy; omission; delay or error, whether the results of negligence or other cause within the production of the website; All and any liability for loss or damage to clients’ artwork/photos, data/content supplied for the positioning. this can be whether the loss or damage results from negligence or otherwise.
Except within the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligent acts or omissions, we shall not be liable in any way for any damages arising in contract, tort or otherwise in respect of loss or damage arising out of or in reference to this Agreement or operation of the Service. In no event will we be accountable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages in contract or tort, including loss of profit, loss or damage to property or regarding claims made by third parties.
Wareworks Apps cannot make guarantees of service on behalf of third party organizations and can not be held chargeable for the failure in any service provided by third parties.

Approvals and Delivery

The project will involve various stages and therefore the work for the following stage will only start after receiving the log out on and relevant payments for the previous stage as agreed.
All code and material developed are transferred post completion of the project and after sign-offs. The code ownership will reside with the client after final payments.
Wareworks Apps holds the proper to publish and use the finished work and/or even the deployed final produce/website for references to other potential clients. In circumstances such is required to be withheld, the client shall notify Wareworks Apps well beforehand and request prior and proper approvals towards the identical.
